I build and manage the internal systems that keep Miami Friendors running day to day. From organizing content pipelines to streamlining backend workflows, I focus on keeping everything clear, consistent, and efficient behind the scenes.
Workflow & CRM operations
I developed the workflows, automations, and CRM that support all Miami Friendors operations. This includes managing incoming collaborations, tracking small business features, automating content reminders, and keeping our vendor relationships organized. These systems reduce manual work and allow the brand to grow without losing clarity or consistency.
Content planning & Execution
I oversee the daily content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and our website. I align series like voiceover reels, local features, and seasonal themes with a structured publishing plan that supports audience engagement and brand storytelling.
Marketing Strategy
I lead our platform growth strategy, from trend tracking and seasonal campaign development to day-to-day execution. I help ensure our content stays aligned with both community values and long-term visibility goals.
Internal Collaboration Systems
I created the internal tools and workflows that allow our team to manage partnerships and outreach efficiently. I’ve built the backend systems that guide our employee processes, maintain consistency in communication, and track follow-ups with collaborators and vendors.

Carnaval on the Mile 2025 | Event Operations & System Designs
Built and managed the operational system supporting vendor logistics for Carnaval on the Mile, hosted by Kiwanis of Little Havana. Created tools for application review, communication tracking, and booth mapping. Designed the backend workflows that enabled smooth coordination for over 100 vendors.

Zoo Miami Farmer's Market | Operations & Digital Marketing
Developed and manage the internal systems that support the Zoo Miami Farmers Market, a monthly collaboration between Miami Friendors and Zoo Miami. Oversaw the creation of workflows for vendor onboarding, scheduling, and content promotion. Coordinated with the internal team to support recruitment, digital marketing, and advertising initiatives, ensuring a consistent and community-driven presence each month.

Museum Community Market with Frost Science & PAMM | Full-Scope Event Operations
Led operations for a collaborative event between Miami Friendors, Frost Science Museum, and PAMM. Developed systems for recruiting, managing, and coordinating 30 vendors. Managed vendor placement, scheduling, and day-of execution. Contributed to the overall marketing strategy and ensured timely, organized delivery across all event elements.

Rivercities Festival | Vendor Logistics and Site Flow Strategy
Designed and implemented backend systems for vendor management, application tracking, and booth mapping. Focused on creating a curated vendor mix and optimizing the event layout for a smooth, engaging attendee experience. Supported the team in delivering a seamless, well-organized community event.

Art on the Drive | Operations & Vendor Coordination Systems
Created and managed the internal systems used to coordinate over 85 vendors for this large-scale art and culture event. Built workflows for vendor vetting, communication, and placement. Worked closely with team leads to ensure smooth day-of execution and alignment with the event’s creative and community goals.

I’m the co-owner and operations lead of Miami Friendors, a digital brand and vendor management agency that supports small businesses through both storytelling and structure.We’re known for our content, which highlights local markets, makers, and community events across South Florida. In addition to our digital presence, we also support large-scale events through vendor management, handling everything from onboarding and logistics to communication systems and on-site coordination.I lead the full scope of our internal operations and marketing. I build the workflows, automations, and backend systems that keep both our content and client services running smoothly. This includes internal processes for team delegation and vendor coordination, social media strategy, and email and SMS marketing.While Miami Friendors is based in South Florida, the systems and strategies I’ve developed are designed to support purpose-driven brands and teams in any location that are looking to grow with clarity.
